Very clean and well equipped. Suited our group for accommodation near Harwich.
Good clear instructions in advance (almost too many emails!).
It's a pleasant site, but very large. The mobile home didn't have any kind of view, but that's not why we came. That said, there are nice walks very nearby. Seemed a friendly atmosphere everywhere.
Shower was excellent and everything was spotless.
Lots of instructions in advance re heating etc, but a comprehensive manual in the mobile home would have been useful. It felt rather cold in the bedrooms at night, even using the extra blankets, as we didn't fathom the boiler instructions and didn't want to leave mobile radiators on.

Caravan was in a quiet area of the park. Four adults was just about right for beds, a bit of a squeeze in the small rooms but for two nights we managed
A couple of things needed looking at, but we left a note for these to be actioned before next occupants
