The location in Surfers Paradise is amazing, the views from the apartment is to die for. There’s everything you need. We loved sitting out on the balcony to enjoy the views.
The cleaning could have been improved.

Fantastic location and amazing views of the river and ocean.
The downside was the traffic noise at night, even with the windows closed it was quite loud.

The stunning views
Very noisy with construction- trams- fire engine/police sirens- all hours of day or night.
Garbage smell on our floor as you exit the lift- really unpleasant .
Unable to use the pool for most of our stay as they were doing some cleaning and possibly repair thereof and refilling it with water.
This is a dated unit with soiled carpets, mats , couch and chipped furniture.
There are rusted window frames and doors. Scuff marks on walls.
Kitchen pots and pans are tacky.
No aircon in both bedrooms only fans which on a hot day would have been nice.
Generally the photographs advertised on booking.com do not match the quality of the unit.
