Great location, cleanliness and comfort.
The staff is very kind and communication is smooth.
The room was cleaned as soon as planned, allowing to program the day smoothly.
I recommend this hotel if you visit Toyama.
I wish there was a mini freezer inside the room, ready to keep an ice cream or make drinks cooler. That device was only to cool down and keep a bit fresh.
I also missed some bottles of water inside the room.

Fantastic hotel in all departments and great central location, would definitely recommend.
From when you arrive the staff make you feel very welcome. The room was perfect, great nights sleep and an amazing breakfast to suit Western and Asian requirements.
We liked everything.

Spacious room, comfy bed, nice bathroom and shower. Good breakfast. Near everything
Wifi is not free in rooms - only in the lobby.

Room was spacious. Location relatively near station (my elderly parents could find their way back themselves). Gym was well equipped.
Chose Hilton for the brand and regretted. Welcome cookie was hard, Crabtree n Evelyn shampoo was dry, onsen was so tiny we always had to wait and squeeze with others, Toyama water dispenser was a chore to take water from as u have to keep pressing the button.
