Budget-friendly Japanese-themed boutique hotel that offers a no frills stay but clean accommodation. Stayed in Room 303 for 4 nights. Room is Basic but has all the necessary amenities like water, kettle, in-room safe, etc. Most importantly it was clean and housekeeping maintained the room daily. The Hotel is also in a good location near Japan town, Le Thonh Than shopping district and has eateries and convenience stores all with a 5-6 minute walking distance.
There is construction work next door (beyond control of the Hotel)

everything was beyond expectations. considering that we left our luggage after check-out we were able to take a shower before the flight. 🙏
for one night stay I have nothing to say that I didn't like 😊

Great location and wide rooms
The bedroom is not dark at all because of the daylight is passing through the glass door of the bathroom! As a result, if you like to sleep in a dark bedroom, you are stuck and awake from 6.30am
