The size of the room was great, plenty of room to open your luggage and move around. The air conditioning worked really well. The staff were helpful with a late check in and were able to recommend good local food places and assisted with our bags.
Not a big deal for us but could be for other guests, there wasn’t always staff available at the desk.
You have to walk through a spa and nail place to get to the steps to walk up to the room (this would’ve been nice to know before booking). The toilet and shower set up is really awkward and not ideal the toilet and anything in that area gets wet.
Not the hotels fault but there is a bar next door with lots of singing, we had to move on our last night as it was so loud.
