Breakfast not included as this was self catering. Everything was wonderful, so well appointed, loved the take on the address, 10 Shilling Street and the references to it in the property. Perfectly located within the village. Will recommend it to everyone.
Nothing could have been better, the owners thought of everything. We did some of our own cooking and all appropriate utensils were available. obviously put together by a woman! Nice touch to leave milk etc and wine for us,

Amazing location close to everything.
Wonderfully tastefully decorated with some fabulous little touches. It’s a real home from home.
We’ve stayed in a good handful of cottages in Lavenham over the years and this by far is one of the top ones we have stayed in for sure. We would definitely rec it to anyone.
More utensils required - tongs, wooden spoons etc for cooking.
Key pad was NOT easy to use until we looked it up on YouTube after 2 different failed attempts so clearer instructions would have helped. By just placing your hand on the pad and you are away it was that simple not a light tap with a finger which were the instructions so that was really our only slight moan. But we figured it out and all was fine and honestly it was all good after that.

Quirky furnishings & decor, the shutters kept the place cool in the very hot summer.
Garden could be cut back, we were brushing past brambles when on pathway.
Still water would have been nice, only sparkling left in fridge.
