I would give Hotel Marcoantonio 4 out of 5 stars, although it was very close to being a 5-star stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the property was clean, and the location was in a great area.
This is not a luxury 5-star hotel, but it is a cute, comfortable place with plenty of charm. One thing I really appreciated was that they brought a light breakfast every morning, which was a nice touch and a great way to start the day.
There were only a couple of minor issues during my stay. The TV did not have any channels available, and one evening there was no hot water. When I reported it, I was told that too many guests were showering at the same time.
Despite these inconveniences, I would still recommend Hotel Marcoantonio. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and welcoming place to stay while you spend your days exploring the area, it’s a great choice and a comfortable place to recharge for the next day’s adventures.

The location is excellent. I give it a 5++ stars. It is 5 minutes walk from the Termini station which houses the main train station that takes you to the airport in 30 minutes or to the cruise port train station in 1hr. Termini is also connected to the metro.
The staff is super friendly. I felt very welcomed. The hotel is on the 5th floor of a building. There is an elevator. It is not your typical hotel but it adds to its Roman charm. It reminded me of a converted B&B. The building houses offices and other hotels on different floors. We really liked our continental breakfast (coffee, juice, croissant) which was brought to our room. The room was large with high ceilings and beds were confortable. AC worked very well. Shower was small but functional. Lots of restaurants in the area. The Termini station is a mini mall as well and is heavily guarded by the army and police. I felt very safe in the area. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I would definitely come back to stay if I have to take a cruise to Civitavecchia or for a longer stay in Rome.

A small hotel that will be very convenient for going to the airport. Roma Termini is nearby. For us it was good because we spent one night and had to go to the airport the next morning. The only downside is that it is one the 5th floor of an old building where the elevator is very old. And it didn't work when we had to check out. So we had to go downstairs by using the stairs with our luggages and the kid.

Was great place next to the train station, had good air conditioning, a decent basic breakfast included, and about 30 minutes or less walk to most attractions of the city except 1 hour walk to the Vatican City. Room was quiet a night but noise from the hallway in the morning comes right into the room. Shower head pressure was extremely low but still allowed me to enjoy a shower.
