We booked this property for our family of 8, including young children and elderly parents, based on the listing, photos, and description, which clearly indicated that there would be enough beds for everyone. Unfortunately, on arrival we found that the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised. The first-floor bedroom had only one bed, even though the listing photos showed two beds. The second-floor bedroom was advertised with one double bed and one single bed, but it only had one double bed. This meant there were not enough beds for our family, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort. We made multiple attempts to contact the host and requested additional beds, but we received no response and no assistance was provided. As a result, some of our family members, including children and elderly parents, did not have proper beds to sleep on. This was extremely disappointing. The property did not match the advertised listing, and the lack of communication from the host made the situation much worse. We chose this accommodation specifically because it was advertised as suitable for 8 guests, and we would not have booked it had the listing accurately reflected the actual sleeping arrangements. I strongly recommend that the host update the listing and photos to accurately represent the property and improve their responsiveness so future guests do not experience the same issue.

Terrible stay, the place smelt, the hot water and showers weren’t working, tried calling them 10 times but no one answered the phone or WhatsApp, they asked me to send a video of the showers which I did and confirmed that’s they could see in the video it wasn’t working and said they would send an engineer to fix it but no one turned up, said they would give compensation but nothing has been given and they are not responding to messages after now claiming the showers work fine with no proof

The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me!
