This brand new villa:

Room 4:1 full+1 bunk (2 twins) with a bathroom next to it

POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $65/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.
*** PARKING:
Starting from July 6, 2026, each Short-Term Rental guest reservation is eligible for
Three (3) complimentary vehicle passes for single-family homes
Two (2) complimentary vehicle passes for townhomes
A $25 fee per vehicle will apply for any vehicles exceeding the allotted number of passes. The maximum number of vehicles allowed per reservation is 6.
Trailers, buses, boats, RVs, etc, are not permitted. No Street Parking.
* Trash pickup
Trash must be bagged. Bagged trash must be left at the porch in/around the brown bin, NOT ON THE STREET OR ON THE GRASS ( HOA will impose a fine of $100/day if trash is left on the grass or on the street). Trash is only picked up once a day. Please put trash out early in the morning.

Great location and the property was a perfect size for my family vacation. There was a lot of space, plenty of towels and enough supplies for the weekend. There was one minor issue that was reported and host responded quickly.

Our first Vrbo. Everyone enjoyed the house when we were not at Disney theme parks. Plenty of space and rooms for our 16 guest including six children. Very clean and comfortable. The pool was only used once in our five nights but we had to skim all the bugs from it before use. I had great communication before and after rental with the owner. Only minor issues were identified but not serious concerns to impact our stay. Overall this stay in my opinion was a 4.8 rating.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Did not use the grill. It was too small and needed cleaning. Overall good stay.
