The home will surround you with a modern coastal warmth. FORT BAYOU is located next to the property so, take a stroll next door to MARBLE SPRINGS PARK for a view of the bayou and learn the history of the NATURAL SPRINGS that gave Ocean Springs its name. Just 1 block to DOWNTOWN OS GALLERIES, SHOPPING & RESTAURANTS , 1 mile to the BEACH, 2 miles to CASINO's The space Coastal Cute describes The Fern! This suite is located on the West side of the home. You will love the PRIVATE DECK with lots of greenery in the background. This suite features a QUEEN SIZED BED with comfy linens and fluffy pillows. A sound machine, alarm clock and clothes steamer are also available in the bedroom. Light walls, blue hues and rattan décor will make you feel right at home while visiting COASTAL MISSISSIPPI. Curl up on the soft white leather chaise to read a book and maybe grab a quick nap. There is a table where you can sit in the morning to enjoy your coffee or tea and a 42" SMART TV for you to watch all of your favorite Netflix shows. Take a walk or run along FRONT BEACH or the BILOXI BAY BRIDGE and enjoy the view! The bathroom has a GLASS & TILE WALK-IN SHOWER, pedestal sink, Fluffy oversized towels, shower products and a blow dryer. Only a block off DOWNTOWN where you will find BOUTIQUE shopping, ART Galleries, RESTAURANTS, BARS & ENTERTAINMENT. Spend the day at FRONT BEACH just 1 mile away then catch the SUNSET later. Working remotely? The pretty bleached wood DESK is a perfect spot to set up that laptop and login using the high speed internet. Well behaved Doggies under 40 lbs are welcome. A $75 pet fee charged to your account after booking. A refrigerator with ice in the freezer, microwave, wine glasses, wine opener, coffee mugs, coffee pods, tea bags, creamer, sweetener & bottled water are provided. Other things to note The Mockingbird Inn has 3 additional Suites that are available on Airbnb as well. Its a perfect for a group to rent all of the suites when coming to the area for a special events such as weddings, class reunions, golf trip, girls weekends, family reunions, couples retreat, etc. Special rates may be available in these instances. The Mocking Bird Inn- ~Willow Suite ~Azalea Suite ~Magnolia Suite NOTE: Kim & Troy live in the upstairs apartment so can easily assist you when needed while at the same time respecting your privacy and space during your stay.

Can’t wait to visit again and stay here! Had an absolute blast and I’ve been recommending it to locals and to friends out of state! I truly can’t wait to go back and rebook the same place!! The host was amazing and had everything I needed! Location was perfect and close to everything!!! Loved it!!

We visited Ocean Springs for a quick family visit and found this cute little inn. The Fern Suite at The Mockingbird Inn was perfect. This suite was on the back left side of the house and felt very private. We will definitely return next time we’re on the coast.

We loved our stay at the Mockingbird in the Fern Suite. Super clean with all the amenities we could ask for. Plenty of space for my husband and me. Conveniently located near down town Ocean Springs.

The Fern Suite is so cute! The property was clean and located in a quiet area. It is short walk to all downtown Ocean Springs has to offer. The coffee, tea and bottled waters were great extras. My husband and I will definitely be back!
