This property is in the basement of the owner's home. On occasion we could hear noise from above. The overall feeling was a little "bare bones". We didn't use the outdoor space because the property is right next to I-295. Lots of traffic noise. I was able to sleep with ear plugs in. But, my travel buddy is used to sleeping with traffic noise, so she hardly noticed it.
