We loved the lake and the fire out to enjoy st night. Not the best fishing spot but we went to local state park to fill that void. Make sure you bring off spray for the bugs.

This property was great.Everything was spot on from the description. Plenty of room to stretch out even with 8 of us there. Don't be off-put that it's a small cabin...the way it's been renovated and opened up inside, it was wonderful. It had everything we needed to make an enjoyable stay.It made our "girls weekend"Who could ask for anything more....a room full of windows overlooking Houghton Lake.I would highly recommend!
