Exactly as pictured. Honestly even a little bit better. Especially when compared to the price of other listings in the area. 5min walk to the heart of Salem!

Room was clean and nicely equipped.Charley was fast to respond to any questions and so helpful. Even though condo was on the third floor with stair access, we were able to maneuver easily. I broke my foot one week before our trip and I had no trouble with the stairs. This was a great location to access Salem. We had no problem accessing on street parking but this might be different in October.

This condo was perfect for our weekend stay! It was very clean when we arrived, check-in was easy, and the host, Charley, has detailed instructions for everything! He was very responsive and helpful, though we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The location is a perfect walking distance (maybe 5 min) from the main part of Salem, and parking is available on the side streets, which wasn’t a problem at all. We had a great time in Salem and I couldn’t be more thankful we chose this Vrbo! Thank you Charley!

The rental is in a prime location, offering convenient access to numerous attractions, which truly enhances the stay. The home itself is clean and comfortable, providing a welcoming atmosphere. However, the stairs are quite steep and narrow, posing a challenge for anyone with hip or knee issues, as I experienced. While the host is friendly and very responsive, it's worth noting that they monitor the property via a contactless Ring camera, which may feel a bit intrusive to some. We stayed with our pets, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for those with small dogs or young children with strollers, as navigating the stairs could be difficult for them. Overall, it's a pleasant stay, but with some caveats for those with mobility concerns.
