The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. I thought climbing the stairs a couple times a day was a great way to work off the calories from all the chocolate croissants and ice cream cones! Florent, the owner, responds very quickly to messages.

This apt is more like a small suite with 2 small bedrooms. It was a bit hard to find as our GPS took us elsewhere but the link that the host sent worked well. The hearts on the cement columns were barely visible so we had to double check that we found the right place. The lockbox wasnt obvious despite the picture. It would be helpful to put lift up white cover on the photo posted. Please advise people that there are 10 flights of stairs..92 steps in total as it was very hard to get luggage up even for us who are pretty fit. The kitchenette had adequate supplies but there was no dining table as listed. It would have been nice to have some starter soap for the shower. Although centrally located, the unit was not on the beach and it was quite noisy outside at night. The neighbors beside the unit played their musical instruments which we can hear. The unit is good for 2 people, maybe 4 but would be quite cramped esp if there were 6 people.
