The location is central to anything/everything you need. The space itself is small and dated.

The location was great and walking distance to everything you needed. Eva communicated very quickly to my questions, promptly helped with arrival issues, and was very helpful in her itinerary suggestions.

It was small for our family of 4, furniture was dated/old, back bedroom has no ac, had to buy shampoo/conditioner/soap, old linens outside the windows.

It was short but nice as first timer in Nice, mini market is just in the corner and eva is really helpful& super fas

Location is Fabulous. It like you’re living like a local in old town!

The back bedroom does not have air conditioning and is very hot even if you leave the door open.

Poloha blizko plaze aj blizko centra, ale prisli sme v noci. Taxik nas vysadil asi 200 metrov od objektu, kde nie je bezbarierovy pristup a mali sme kocik. Trochu konplikovane.

Schody na poschodie- mali sme problem s kocikom.

Poloha blizko plaze aj blizko centra, ale prisli sme v noci. Taxik nas vysadil asi 200 metrov od objektu, kde nie je bezbarierovy pristup a mali sme kocik. Trochu konplikovane.

Schody na poschodie- mali sme problem s kocikom.
