A gas range, Keurig coffee maker and a dishwasher round out the convenience in the kitchen. There is a full size stacked washer and dryer for guest use as well. Guests will have full access to the entire home, side yard and front yard. It is a shared wall duplex and the owners relatives live in the other unit. There is one on site parking space for this unit, across the driveway from the home, but street parking is also available and may be more convenient for entering and exiting. Having a car is best but there is a RTA bus stop less than a 1/4 mile away on El Camino Real. There is one parking space designated for this home across the shared driveway or there is ample free street parking directly in front of the home.
