Just minutes from Turley Wine Cellars, Rotta and Venteux Vineyards. Right off the 101, it has easy access to 46W and is just minutes to Trader Joe's and downtown Templeton. Though the freeway is just a three-minute drive from the house, the only sounds you'll hear as you doze off in the crisp country air are the owls and frogs down in the creek. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS Upstairs are the two bedrooms, each with its own closet. The master bedroom features a king size bed. The guest bedroom also features a comfy king size bed. Bathroom amenities, quality luxe linens and comfy robes are all provided. Both bedrooms share the bathroom, located on the first floor. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior) The house itself is airy and charming, with an appliance-stocked kitchen and a sun-filled dining room. The fire pit and tables are there for you to enjoy. Please stick to the lower part of the property. Dogs are welcome but please do not leave them unattended. It's important to keep them on a lease when walking the property for safety sake. The vineyard is active. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE We hope you enjoy the charm of being on a vineyard as much as we do. Depending on when you come, there might be a tractor running through the vines or folks working in with the grapes — they’ll never be at the house or in the yard, but it’s pretty cool to watch the process! Visit McPhee’s, Jack’s Bar & Grill or Kitchenette for a great tasting meal, 15C for some local wine and a cheese platter or explore the newest addition, The Pig Iron at Templeton Mercantile. The downtown Paso Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday evening, while Templeton showcases their summer concerts on Wednesday evenings. PROVISIONS A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick. A Smart & Final is located on Spring Street at 20th or off of the Del Rio exit going south. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's, and Third Base Market & Spirits.
