We had a large group of 14 people and the house is very well equipped with beds and spaces to relax. Everyone loved the beds they were large and comfortable. We spent most of our time in the pool and loved it. The shape and seating areas in the pool were nice to help us relax and chat. We also enjoyed the pool floaties provided. In the evening we really liked all the games provided, pac man was a favorite. We did a lot of cooking and the open concept kitchen was exactly what we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the grill. We were able to grill but the temperature was not steady. It's a nice comfortable house for large groups and I would definitely recommend it.

Place was amazing! Plenty of room and the outdoor area was beautiful. Only issue we had was there was only 2 bathrooms.

The Host is very responsive -- helpful and prompt with responses. The house was clean upon arrival with adequate kitchen supplies for a big group. The open floor plan is wonderful for a large gathering. Loved the large table for sharing a meal. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed (it is not a lap swimming pool). The outdoor seating areas allows for smaller groups to gather and converse in several areas. Backyard is lovely and felt very private.Not everything was in pristine condition (older cushions on chaise lounges, older grill, some slats missing on drapes) but it was a wonderful stay for our casual group of friends.
