About this condo rental

Nestled in The Meadows, this charming condo for $70 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Do you enjoy being near downtown, golf and/or wildlife? Then the Meadows are perfect for you! This condo features a beautiful view on the pond and putting green, plus a heated communal pool 🙂 This is a charming condo of 553 sq. ft. fully furnished and equipped with great taste. It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota. Just renovated, it offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a patio, equipped kitchen and cozy living room with a beautiful view on the pond and putting green. Enter the condo (ground floor unit, like a townhome) and you will have a nice view through the unit. The first room is the bedroom with a charming decoration, wooden floors, a chest of drawers, TV, night stands and light. the queen size bed is comfortable and the windows has surrounded by vegetation for a restful night of sleep. Follow the hallway to the luminous living room with a unique view on the pond, putting green and trees. You will feel right at home with the beige couch, refined decoration and TV. Open the sliding door to the patio with outdoor furniture and enjoy the view with the sunlight, peace and quiet. The open-plan kitchen has a modern design with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. The bar can comfortably seat 2 guests. Washer and dryer are located in the entrance of the condo. The renovated bathroom features a large shower, sink and toilet. You can park your car outside, there's a designated outdoor parking. (no carport) There is a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities. The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching. Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee. Downtown Sarasota is a 15 min drive. Lido Key and Siesta Key are a 25 min drive. Are you traveling with family or friends ? we manage 3 other units on Longmeadow, and 1 on Longwater Chase! Additional info: This rental is subject to the approval of Home Owners Association (HOA) which requires 7 to 10 days prior to arrival. **No pets allowed per the HOA rules ** ** no trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles - per the HOA rules** **no parties, non smoking** ** AC cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 82 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running** ** Use pool at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. Supervise children at all times ** Wildlife Awareness: Florida's diverse wildlife awaits responsibly; refrain from direct contact and adhere to safety guidelines.
