Calm and the view
I find hair in the bathtub it wasn’t clean enough

Location wise it’s in a good area and breakfast was decent but not much else.
Upon arrival, they had put us in a smoke room even though we had a 8 month old baby. They didn’t provide a cot and it took them a while to even change the room and recognise the issue. Once they changed it, it took even longer for a baby cot to arrive. The rooms weren’t always cleaned properly and the staff weren’t really attentive. The carpet was never cleaned properly. In terms of breakfast, they can sometimes mess up your order and take a while to even bring it to your table.
