The location was great because it was not exactly in the most touristy area. Sao Bento is a quiet, wonderful neighborhood that offered everything at your fingertips. Grocery, restaurants, shopping and a park across the street. Our particular apt had an outdoor patio and table for breakfast or a glass of wine.

The apartment was clean and modern. The hosts were great.
Not comfortable for a family of for adults, as we were. Our children are big, and the sofa bed was not comfortable for sleeping. The another thing that is missing is that in the very small bathroom there is no places to put the towels. Also, there was not even one complementary tea or coffee patron for the coffee maker.
