Parking spot for the property was available right outside the property.
The staff, especially the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful and also the cleaning lady who helped us carry bags back to our car when we departed.
The apartment was clean and well presented. As it was a studio apartment , the room was also in the same room but it was so big , it didn't feel cramped at all.
We stayed here as we had booked a free museum and tasting tour at Villa Giusti balsamic museum a 10 minute drive away which turned out to be really amazing.
Nothing to do with the property but the apartment nearby in the same complex had 2 barking dogs we could hear all evening. Maybe it wouldn't have bothered us normally but we'd had a very long driving day. Felt sorry for the manager who was obviously making all efforts to make our stay a pleasant one despite this.

Mirna prijetna lokacija, hiter Internet/Wi-Fi, varovano parkirišče, pol ure hoda do centra Modene.

Very clean and spacious appartment. Very welcoming reception. Enclosed parking, calm street to unload.
Some disturbance from the traffic, however with earplugs not a problem.
