The flat was easy access into Oxford on a good bus route.
The flat was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and good bedding.
Nice sitting area.
Nice bathroom.
Kitchen well stocked with crockery washing up liquid etc.
Plenty of tea coffee milk and sugar
Lovely toiletries in the bathroom.
The property is quite small especially if there is more than two adults in the flat. You can only really sit 2 on the sofa others sat on the dinning chairs which was not so comfortable.
This comment is out of the owner control in which the people in the upstairs flat you can hear them very clearly moving about upstairs.

Cosy and clean apartment; all necessary house/kitchen facilities are provided (and they are quite new!); The beds are also comfortable.
The living room and bathroom are a bit narrow.

Lovely spacious modern property with comfortable beds. Quite soft in case people like a more firm mattress
Unfortunately having to be out by 10am we found at 9am we had no hot water so none of us could have a shower.
Entrance to parking is very tight for any size car.
