I loved how romantic and cozy it was for me and my husband’s anniversary weekend! The locals were so nice and welcoming! My favorite was the clawfoot bath tub! It was also so affordable! We will be back!

Really nice alternative to standard hotel with cozy decor and affordable pricing. Great to unwind by the fire pit to close the day.

We choose this stay as an adventure after reading the comments on Bookings. It did not disappoint. Cozy mini room with a claw foot tub and waterfall shower, amazing. What it lacked in space it made up for in design and all the accoutrements. It was a fun stay but had a few challenges for two 80 year old's. Loved the fire pit and dinner on the patio. We did take out in Santee about 7 miles away, only pizza available in Ellobe on Wednesday night. Experiencing the train coming through whistle blasting at 10:00 PM completed this water tower town experience.
The bed is on the floor so it was difficult to get in & out of bed. The claw foot tub also provided challenges to get in & out. We are "young" 80 year old's so anyone with physical challenges should not book this stay. A few folding chairs would be nice. We did a one nighter with no luggage. Finding a place to put luggage could be problematic.
