Luxury 4 bedroom villa located in Arco da Calheta completed in 2017. The property has 4 modern style luxury bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, modern kitchen and laundry. The property has been recently decorated with high quality furniture and extremely comfortable. The villa also includes cable TV and internet (WI-FI). Outside, the villa has a beautiful garden with a large heated pool, a covered BBQ area as well as a large parking area.

Great property. Spotlessly clean. Loads of space. Spent 9 night here exploring the island and would then come back to the villa for a late afternoon swim and relaxation. Loved eating out on the terrace. The views were amazing!

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Cahleta, Madeira Island, Portugal! The views were absolutely stunning and the pool was pure perfection. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed from cozy beds to a great coffee maker and even spices for cooking. It’s located in a quiet, safe area that was perfect for relaxing.The owner was very responsive and friendly, and his local recommendations made our trip even better. Just a heads-up: a car is definitely needed to explore the area and get around comfortably. This property truly exceeded our expectations — highly recommend for anyone visiting Madeira!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Panoramica. The villa was full of light, elegant, modern, spacious and clean with everything we needed, including even an ice maker and tumble dryer. With a large pool at just the right temperature and a nice outdoor seating area and wonderful view, as well as generously sized comfortable beds and effective air conditioning inside, the villa was perfect for relaxing or as a base for getting out and exploring the island. Our host Samuel and his wife were excellent, providing useful information about things to see - we enjoyed a catamaran trip, viewpoints, walks and restaurants they suggested. They were flexible about times of arrival and departure to fit with our flight times and provided a welcome gift and also a thoughtful birthday gift for me as it was my 70th birthday during the week. We wished we could have stayed longer.
