We loved everything about it the location , the rooms , the peaceful view , the hosts , the facilities. The beds were really comfortable, the place was spotless and the hosts popped over to say hello when we arrived. The admin by short lets space was excellent and the property is within 5 minutes walk to back entrance to Blenheim palace grounds and 2 minutes walk to the local church where the Churchill family are buried . Lots of walks out to local countryside and buses go through Blandon to Oxford, Witney and surrounding areas. Local community run pub is a couple of minutes walk . There is no village shop but plenty of supermarkets in Witney and en route to the property so no issue at all .
Nothing - just note there’s no dishwasher which wasn’t a problem just hadn’t realised .

Superb location.
Clean comfortable and well equipped cottage.
But only a very weak WiFi available during our stay. Staff tried to take action but no satisfactory connection gained. This lead to extra expense for us as we were unable to pre book tickets to attractions and had to therefore pay higher prices at the gate.
Also real inconvenience for messaging and no picking up of emails or searching websites etc

Spacious, lovely garden, nice decor, great location.
Feather duvets were fine for us but one of our party has a feather allergy that we forgot to mention.

Rural feel , borders on farm land
Suggest a walking map link to community path at Blenheim
Suggest an option of flat sheets and blankets, as my husband doesn’t do well with duvets and I am sure many people find them too hot in summer.
