La tranquilidad del lugar
El agua se salía de la tina debido a que el tapón no ajustaba correctamente. Esta situación fue reportada al personal encargado; sin embargo, nadie acudió a revisarla.
La limpieza de la habitación fue deficiente. Únicamente tendieron la cama y dejaron el baño en malas condiciones de higiene.

The hotel is very beautiful, and the installations look just like the photos, which I really appreciated. It has great potential and a lovely overall atmosphere.
However, I visited at the end of high season, and it already felt like low season. We were told the pool, bar, and snack bar would be open until 8 pm, but during our two-night stay they were closing earlier, around 6–7 pm.
I had shared my arrival time (after check-in), yet the room was not ready, and towels were only delivered after 8 pm. The pool water was also cloudy.
