My Husband, little boy and I had a 2 night stay in The Hive cabin at Jack's Alt Stays. We went up early to find where we were going and we were greeted by Adam, one of the guys who own the site and he couldn't have been more helpful. We went back at 4pm when we were due to check-in and were greeted by Daniel who was very friendly and easy to talk to. He guided us to our cabin and advised to contact him if we had any issues. When we got to our cabin, we were over the moon with the quality of the cabin. The smart technology, most things controlled by the Google hub, the sweets, biscuits, teas, coffees, soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms, the games , netflix and more ( I could go on) were a superb touch. The cabin lights and design is outstanding also and the attention to detail is second to none. Adam and Daniel are so nice and nothing is ever a hassle. Couldn't be more helpful. We had to contact Daniel regarding a problem with the wifi in the cabin. We couldnt fix it over the phone so he jumped on the boat and came over to help.
This is a beautiful, peaceful holiday with a wood heated hot tub. Will definitely be returning one day. Thanks again for everything. Jack's Alt-Stays

Such a great place to just unwind and relax, hot tub was easy enough to manage. Adam was on hand when we needed him, which was great! The cabin was a decent enough size, despite the hot weather we managed to keep cool throughout our stay.
