AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun. MAIN LIVING SPACE: The primary gathering space is located on the second floor and offers a family room in crisp navy and white, backed by dining area and kitchen. Relax on sofas and chairs set before a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, then step onto the balcony for extending living space. The space is stylish and beachy with shiplap dressing the walls and the ceiling is highlighted by a stunning clay-bead chandelier over the dining table that can seat twelve. The kitchen consists of a spacious island, with plenty of prep space and storage space, stainless appliances including a gas-top stove and two dishwashers to service cleanup for larger groups. The balcony offers a Webber grill, table for six plus separate seating area, beautiful lake, pool and sunset views. SECOND COMMON AREA: Lower level includes a second den which provides another great area for games or TV time and accesses the lower back porch with a swing. SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a stylish king suite in the front of the home offers access to the front balcony and an en-suite with tub/shower combo. The rear king suite on the lower level has a wonderful lake view with beautiful chandelier fixtures over side tables, and the bathroom with a walk-in shower. The nautical bunk room on the lower level is accessed through a beautiful blue barn door and offers six twin bunks, and its own bathroom with tub / shower. On the second floor, the impressive third king master suite offers a private seating area along with a private balcony to enjoy the sunrise, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom. The second bunk room is located on this level, offering full-over-full and twin over full bunks, stair access to the top bunks, and a private bathroom with shower. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seas Serenity was a perfect spot to spend the weekend with three families. Each family has a Master-like bedroom and bathroom to spread out in and enjoy. The house was clean and lovely and well stocked. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a large house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not able to check in til 5 pm because we had to wait on the house to be cleared. The house had ants crawling everywhere. There was not enough parking because of all the construction going on. I'm not mad about any of this I was just dis appointed. We will go back for sure and try it again.
