Please call the office for more information. **Driving 1.5 miles is necessary from Cinnamon Shore South to access Cinnamon Shore North's amenities. *Smart TV and Live TV capabilities available, no direct cable. Stay in a brand-new stunner w/ partial Gulf views! It’s located near the beach crossover, a grassy park, and a stunning pool complex along the lake. Choose from seven suites and bunk rooms, as you relax together amid designer interiors and on breezy porches. Plus, there’s a Tower Lounge w/ those peek-a-boo Gulf views! AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun. MAIN LIVING AREA: On the second floor, the main living area in handsome brown wood finishes and turquoise accents flows kitchen to dining to living room, where tufted leather sofas invite you to lounge after a day on the beach! Sleek lighting featuring bare bulbs slung over a strong, wooden beam dangle above the large dining table, where a handsome bench and chairs seat a crowd. The kitchen features open shelving and a trio of pendant lights illuminating the island with stool seating for five. A bonus dry bar with wine fridge helps w/ entertaining, while a powder room adds convenience. An alternate den on the first floor features a flat-screen TV, fireplace, and wet bar. SLEEPING QUARTERS: You and your guests have SO many options! On the first floor, kids will love the bunk room, dressed in nautical, navy-and-white stripes and sleeping four. A primary king suite opens to a private bath w/ dual sinks and walk-in shower w/ gorgeous tilework, while a queen suite w/ white-washed headboard features a bathroom with corner, glass-front shower. On the second level, a primary king bedroom w/ spacious en suite bath offers rustic finishes and a nod to Texas cowboy culture. A queen bunk room opens to the balcony and offers a private bath. Finally, a third-floor queen bedroom accesses a private, open-air deck surveying the community and looking toward the Gulf. It shares a bathroom with another twin bunk room that sleeps four. GREAT FEATURES: Climb stairs to the shiplap-clad, fourth-floor tower room, where a table and chairs and other seating allow to you take in partial Gulf views! On the third floor, an office area w/ desk tucks under the pitched roofline. Downstairs, a mud room doubles as a full laundry room w/ sink and counterspace. Rear carport offers easy parking and driveway with pavers. It’s always time to relax at No Shower Happy Hour. No Shower Happy Hour is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering No Shower Happy Hour the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of the time of day or night. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had three families in the house for a baseball tourney. The house was amazing and better than we expected. The location to the beach and amenities was awesome.
