About this villa rental
Located in the town of Papetoai, northwest of Moorea, Villa Hoa enjoys an exceptional location on the edge of the lagoon, facing the mountain, close to shops and tourist attractions of the island.
Unique in its kind, with a view on the mountain and the lagoon, this new villa with a beach house theme offers comfortable interior and exterior spaces, very convivial and all the modern equipment for the well-being of its occupants.
The terrace is equipped with a sitting area where guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. A bbq is available, ideal for moments with family or friends.
Inside, the large living room benefits from excellent ventilation thanks to its opening onto the terrace and its high ceiling. A flat screen Smart TV is available to guests.
The modern beachhouse decoration combined with the lighting effects at night gives the property a cosy and intimate atmosphere.
This single-story villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with a double bed. For the comfort of its occupants, the villa has 3 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. If needed, a sofa bed is available.
Villa Hoa is undoubtedly one of the must-see vacation rentals during your stay on the island of Moorea.
If you love the sea, you will appreciate the ideal location of the villa facing the lagoon. The beach of the residence will give you access to the crystal clear waters of Moorea.
There is no reliable public transportation on the island and we do not provide transfers or passenger transportation. It is therefore imperative that you rent a vehicle during your stay.

My wife and I had a most wonderful stay at Moehau's house. It is in a private, gated community with friendly neighbors. Everything was just perfect and well worth the cost. It was very special to relax on the deck overlooking the Lagoon with the mountains in the background. The pool was great to cool off on the sunny days. The landscaping in the yard was a piece of paradise. The whole island of Moorea was bea.. utiful. The interior was very comfortable and spacious and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The cost is a very good deal. We booked far in advance and the communication with the host was great. All the restaurants are close by within a 20 minutes drive. The public beaches are close. One tip- We got day passes at the Sofitel Resort (much better facility than the Hilton)on 3 of the days. For 100 each we enjoyed their beach, pool and a delicious lunch with a full menu. The lunch alone would have cost 60 each. There is excellent snorkeling there.

Very nice and modern house. Great for a family. Felt very safe in gated community. Everything was very convenient and smooth in terms of communication and check-in process. Wifi was better than our hotel!

We had a lovely 5 night stay at this beautiful home. The location was perfect. It is in a quiet gated community and the neighborhood was very quiet and we always felt safe. The home is beautiful and clean, it has been very well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. We used the tv in the main living area several times and were able to stream movies from our Amazon account. The bedrooms were wonderful and we loved the A/C units in each room. We slept soundly in the beds and found them very comfortable. The bathrooms were large and the shower were wonderful. We LOVED the pool. We spent a lot of time lounging by it and on the back deck. The views from the pool/backyard were amazing. We were located right on the water and our kids took the paddleboard out and enjoyed the water behind the house. I would highly recommend this home, you will not be disappointed!! Just a heads up: toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels are provided but we ran out and had to purchase more which was just fine. I think each bathroom had two rolls of toilet paper, each trash can had one extra bag and we got 4 laundry pods.Also, our host was AMAZING!! I had plenty of questions before our trip and they always responded to me quickly and kindly. We sure loved our stay!!

Lovely new home, comfortable, well appointed and as photographed. An absolute pleasure to stay here. Quiet and serene and a wonderful way to end a long trip!
