About this house rental
Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. Our rental is sparkling clean and tastefully decorated to ensure you have a relaxing stay. The main floor has a kitchen equipped for your basic cooking and baking needs, a dining room with seating for six, a living room, and one full bathroom. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the other three have queen-sized beds. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in one of the bedroom closets.
Outside, you'll find a charming barnyard with animals, a play set, and a gorgeous saltwater pool with an expansive deck. Please note that the pool will be closed starting October 7 and will reopen on May 12, 2026.
For your convenience, if your check-out date falls on a Sunday, we offer a complimentary 6:00 PM Sunday check-out. It's our way of saying thank you.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- We kindly ask that there are no fireworks, loud music, or rowdy behavior.
- Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
- Kindly remember to clean up after your dog by picking up any feces before your departure.
- Please be aware that there will be a $50.00 fee per pet.
- Please be aware you will be charged 10% of the total trip at booking and the remaining 90% will be charged to the card on file, thirty days before check-in.

This farmhouse was incredible! Clean, quiet, peaceful. The pool area was lovely with a view of farmland, distant green hills. The house was well appointed and fresh flowers, eggs, raw milk and asparagus welcomed us! What a convenient yet tranquil location. The views from the front porch of horses and green pasture were relaxing. I would highly recommend this stay for your next Gettysburg trip!

Very relaxing property. 4 good sized bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Everything you may need at a rental and then some. Plenty of towels, even beach towels for the pool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, but if that’s not your thing, downtown is only 20 minutes away.While there is no TV, you won’t miss it as there’s the pool, of course, a swing set if you have little kids, and plenty of board games. And the WiFi is really good. You won’t be disappointed renting the Cozy Cow!

I love that there was egg, milk, and asparagus in the fridge. Fresh flowers on the table, and an abundance of shower and some pool towels available to use. So nice!

Great place. Very homey, clean and comfortable. Such a beautiful, peaceful stay. Will definitely plan to book for our next Gettysburg trip.
