An unforgettable getaway awaits at this Wisconsin River Retreat. With plenty of room for the whole family, this spacious four-bedroom comes fully equipped for guest comfort. A sprawling private yard extending down to the water is furnished for outdoor living with features including an expansive deck, gas grill, a wood-burning firepit, and a trio of kayaks for exploring the river. The bright, open living area showcases lawn and river views through a pair of floor-to-ceiling windows, plus an array of comfortable seating and TV for casual family downtime. A downstairs play room makes a perfect spot for younger guests and breakaway entertainment with children's games and a second living area with TV. The kitchen is ready and equipped for home cooking with all the major appliances, cookware, and utensils, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. There's seating for two at the breakfast bar and the dining table can accommodate up to six for family meals. Additional home essentials include central heating, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Wisconsin LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. It was a nice and relaxing stay loved the Lakeview, firepit and the kayak. Recommended to anyone who enjoys the nature.

Clean and all items were working. Great location as hoped. Plenty of sleeping options for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids. Only 35 minutes to the Dells,15 minutes to Neceda and 6 minutes to several options for short hikes at Buckhorn park. Kayaks were fun on the river (go to the closest pier, not thru the lily pads at property edge). Big firepit (bring your own wood) and chairs. Vacasa property managed and many challenges getting to accurate answers ranging from coffee maker type, to vests for the boats and even was told once there was NO access to the river. There was no "book" in the house telling us what needed to be done when checking out. Unusual as every other rental we stayed at always had a very informative and detailed notebook. Not great prelude and frustrating but all worked out before we arrived.

Our stay at the Lake CastleRock vacation rental in Wisconsin was simply perfect! The stunning lake views and well-kept surroundings created a serene atmosphere that melted away our stress instantly. The house itself was fantastic, but the real highlight was the amazing fireplace area. Cozy nights spent by the crackling fire, sharing stories and laughter, made our vacation truly memorable. From the warm hospitality of the owners to the private access to the lake, everything exceeded our expectations. We're already looking forward to our next visit to this delightful lake house retreat!

Very nice lakefront house, it’s huge, plenty of room, very well equipped, clean, everything worked, the 3 kayaks were awesome, state park with beach, hiking places are nearby, we loved it! Couple things to note: a real grocery store is rather far away but there is a small gas station nearby with necessary items. There is a big lily pad area in front of the house so it’s quite a workout to get out to open water, the pier suggested to use is a very long way out to drag the kayaks.

This riverfront house was perfect for a few days away from the city. The house is more than roomy, very clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed watching eagles fly over the river, squirrels licking maple from the maple tree, turkeys crossing the yard, and many nights around the firepit. The house is close to the Dells and restaurants in Mauston, but we enjoyed coming back to this house located in a beautiful neighborhood nestled among beautiful trees.
