To start off this house is as cute as can be. I think it is new to AMLV, so I was worried, but it was super clean and I can tell they have started to redecorate the house. First it is super close to the beach, I mean under 1 minute you are on the sand!!! Great for families with small children, the pool area is a peaceful dream....The house has new appliances and new smart TVs in every room.. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out. It has a new smart AC inside ( a little difficult) but we loved it. We stayed during the 4th of July and fireworks on the beach were amazing. I love the kitchen table and the floors... I can't say enough good things about this property, we are already planning our next stay, AMLV never disappoints!!! I would recommend perhaps updating the bathrooms, (still nice) they do seem a little dated, also they need to add some new beach equipment, we had to rent some chairs, there is a wagon. We left some pool floats (pool lights would be nice as well) since there weren't any. Also I would advise to get some black out curtains, the blinds are super nice but on sunny days it can be a bit much.. I still think the house is well worth it, no matter the little details that can be fixed with time. I hope I have helped ease your mind, don't hold out on this rental, get it while you can!!!! The kitchen also has everything you can possibly need, there is a book of instructions for everything you can think of.

Lazy Daze is a fantastic 2 bedroom vacation home. The private pool and close proximity to the beach are fantastic. The home is small, but spacious and the layout is great- we had ample room for our family with two college/teen kids. The kitchen was very well stocked to be able to cook/prep. The tiki covered dining on the patio and grill were convenient and used often- the landscaping is beautiful and we enjoyed all our time in the pool/backyard. We loved the house and would stay there again. My only suggestions for improvement: 1) check the water pressure in the master bathroom- the shower and sink function at under half the pressure they should (the other full bath has great water pressure, fyi). 2) the beach chairs and umbrella need replaced (only 2 adult chairs in shed) - chairs are rusted and won't fold easily and the pole on the beach umbrella is usable but bent. We had to rent chairs/umbrella after first day trying to use those at the house - the rust stained our swimsuits and beach towels. Both minor issues that didn't effect our enjoyment of the property.

We should have asked more questions. The construction traffic was chaotic. Our car and the road was blocked several times. They front door lock could be challenging at times. I had to call the main office regarding the TV. The remotes were all misplaced. A man did come out to match the correct remotes with the TV. In one of the bedrooms was not on satelite. Not enough cooking pans.The refrigerator wasn't convenient. The BarBQ grill needs upgrading. The table outside was pretty ratty. They were building a pool next door so there was NO privacy @ our pool. Between the construction across the road and the pool construction it WAS NOT relaxing, way too noisy. Overall the property needs upgrading. I know it's the end of the season but it still should have been in better shape. REMINDER to self; ASK more questions.

We had a wonderful time on this beautiful property. The house was very clean and cozy. The beds were comfy and the showers had the best water pressure. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the pool area and loved the wagon they had so we didn't have to carry the heavy chairs to the beach. The walk to the beach was very short. The screened in porch was really nice and cozy.

The location and house were perfect. In this price range would suggest you get some decent pillows and at least provide Salt & pepper, napkins, paper plates, some cleaning solution, spices, etc. For a six night stay spent $500 in groceries to check in.

Myself, wife, and three boys enjoyed our stay. The heated pool was great as the temps were a bit cool the first few days. We had to ask for an extra set of blankets and pillows for the sofa/sleeper. That was no problem and they were in it very quickly.

The pool and the location of this property were top notch! The house itself was a little dark and wish there had been at least a few basic things provided (like at least one coffee filter, salt & pepper shakers, small shampoo etc). But overall the house was great, we will definitely consider staying here again. Also I REALLY appreciated that the doors to the pool were alarmed. Let me rest easy that my little ones wouldn’t go out unattended.

The house was very nice and comfortable. The first few minutes in the house, I was concerned because the AC is set and locked to no lower than 72 degrees and we are hot natured people. Fortunately, we spoke with the managers and they sent someone to lower it to 70, but no lower. That was good most of the time and we utilized the fans as well. Beds were comfortable. Nice area to spread out and not be right on top of each other. The pool was heated and was nice to relax in. We rode out tropical storm Eta and managed to still enjoy the beach. Overall, nice stay and we are in love with the Island.

Cute house. Walk to the beach only couple minutes away. Very quiet neighborhood. We needed some assistance upon our arrival and received fast exceptional service. Backyard semi private, kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. We'll keep this house as an option for future visits but would like to look into other properties on the island. Great stay!
