You'll enjoy the convenience of 2 full bathrooms, perfect for getting ready for a day of sun and fun. Relax by the pool or take a short walk to the beach and soak up the Florida sun. The Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea welcomes you to enjoy our beautiful, beach, multitude of sidewalk cafes, frequent live music, and enticing public plazas where free dance classes are held monthly and outdoor games are played daily. Brightly- colored banners anchor our boundaries and colorful way-finding signs celebrate the Town’s identity as a charming, seaside village. (We are widely acknowledged to be the South Florida Shore Diving Capital and snorkelers and divers are a daily sight in Town.) Six other units have access to the pool, 4 studios, one 1 bedroom suite and one 2 bedrooms suite. This renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room and a kitchen. One room is with a king size bed and 2 other rooms are with queen beds. You have a washer and dryer in the unit. You really don’t need a car to enjoy Lauderdale-By-The-Sea’s delights. it would be important to consider one more bathroom Put light in the pool area at night. Otherwise everything very well.

There is no room for stuff. The kitchen is really small. The redeeming part Of the house is the pool and the actual living room. Homes should have at least basic cable. Not all people have internet tv. The bedroom with the en suite bath is small with a queen size bed. There is one dresser in the smallest Bedroom. The one without a tv. The beach is a walk away. If you are Into the beach. The house is old. With a new floor and fresh paint. Electrical outlet in main bath did not work and only one outlet on kitchen worked. The ac was great. More to Come.

Awesome updated home. Plenty of space . Pool is an amazing bonus . As well as mini pool table. Short couple block walk to gorgeous beach. Walking distance to many restaurants as well as grocery store . Highly recommend.
