Perfect for a week chilling! Very well equipped and only a short walk from the ferry, beaches and National Park. Well stocked local supermarket and plenty of places to eat. All the locals very friendly and helpful - lovely place!

The check in process was ok, because we’re travelling we had quite abit of expensive camera equipment -when the owner said don’t worry about locking up the dogs are our protection I felt uncomfortable. Every time we entered or left the property the dogs would bark at us.
Mentions the owners know what to do around the area but they didn’t give us any information.
The bed is a double bed in the main room, not really appropriate for adults to sleep in or anyone taller than 5’7 because your feet will hang off the bed. The mattress itself was very stiff.
The oil heater, must be the same oil heater that others complained about a couple of years prior in the reviews because it barely works, after having it on for 4 hours the temperature of the property went from 6degrees to 10 degrees. Still absolutely freezing so would need to bring your own heater.
Toilet and shower are seperate to the house in another hallway which is absolutely freezing and has a constant draft due to an open ceiling above.
I noticed mould on the pictures in frames on the wall.
The owners request you park out the front on the grass so be careful at night because I got out and tripped over a very large tree stump in the ground that is not labeled for safety reasons I’m lucky I didn’t hurt myself as I am PREGNANT.
You are able to hear the dogs running around the house above as well as the people living above.
Overall the area and the beaches made it an okay stay but I wouldn’t stay at this property again.
