Llegue más temprano por lo que en Check In aun no se podía hacer, pero realmente estaba muy cansada y la chica de recepción me ayudó dándome otra habitación (igual a la previamente reservada) para poder descansar. La habitación estaba impecable, la cama muy limpia, nada de polvo, el olor era delicioso, el baño muy muy limpio, daba gusto estar ahí. Fue muy cómodo dormir y hospedarme en este hotel, el desayuno tipo buffet, variado y con mucha fruta!. Muy recomendado y el personal sumamente amable.
Podrían poner una cortina delgada para poder tener más privacidad y no tener que cerrar la cortina grande, así siempre estaría iluminada la habitación

Awesome staff. We had a very early tour and would miss the breakfast. The staff member in charge saved us a boxed breakfast until the afternoon when we returned and even made us fresh sandwiches!
And the room was very neat, large enough and very tidy and clean.
We stayed just one night. Probably by coincidence, there was a huge event at the football field just next to the hotel that night. Music until 2 in the morning. It was so loud that probably the entire town could hear it. But we were so tired after a day of tours and transfers that even that did not bother us.

The standard of accommodation in Aguas Calientes is quite low. I’m so glad we found this place. It was clean, it had a great shower with 24/7 hot water. Plus, the breakfast was decent. I recommend it.

Najgorsza Obsługa, zameldowanie trwało 50 min, po przybyciu okazało się że nasz pokój został wydany komuś innemu, później czekałyśmy aż znajdą inny posprzątany, więc zmęczone tkwiłyśmy w oczekiwaniu. No i sam pokój miał okno ale na klatkę schodową - bez dostępu do powietrza. Łazienka z grzybem na suficie i brak wentylacji . Personel niepomocny w niczym - najgorsze miejsce podczas miesięcznego pobytu w Peru.
