This hotel is located 1 KM outside of the centre (so you'll need your own transport). It is in the middle of farming fields so everything is super quiet. The rooms are very spacious and in the morning you will be greeted by the rooster crowing (prepare yourself) but it was fine as farm animals give places a rustic charm

The location is very nice and surrounded by the nature. The room was clean, only some ants in the bathrooms sometimes but it was okay. Good breakfast with coffee, tea, toast, butter and jelly. If you want they also prepare rice with chicken soup and fried egg. 20 min walking from the center of Pai, I suggest renting a scooter. The staff is very friendly!
The beds were not super comfortable since they are very thin

Eveything. The location is good if you have bikes, although it’s only a 20 minute walk to the centre. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There’s lots of outdoor seating areas which is a lovely place to relax in the evenings.
