Great location and a nice facility. While the separate unit as the second bedroom did not meet our specific needs because we have little kids, the homeowners were very accommodating and tried it to make all arrangements to make it work out for us.
Families with little kids beware: the second bedroom it is not actually part of the main house, rather is a second entry that is not connected and is a separate small apartment. If you have small kids, this separate room is not ideal as they can't get to you during the night and you cannot hear them. They need to leave their room or walk up an external staircase and enter your door which you will likely want to lock.

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Bad oben ist sehr schön, die Glasscheibe zum Schlafzimmer lässt sich milchig stellen, dass man nicht durchsehen kann. Der Ausblick aus dem großen Fenster ist toll. Für das Zweite Zimmer gibt es einen separaten Eingang, unseren Teenagern hat das gut gefallen.
Den Whirlpool haben wir gern und oft genutzt.
Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist das Haus recht zentral gelegen, zu Fuß 15-20min ins Zentrum.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Anfahrt durch die engen Gassen ist teilweise schwierig, das Einparken ins Grundstück mit größerem Auto sehr kompliziert, zumal sich das Tor nach außen öffnet.

Sehr ruhig gelegen dennoch zentral
Eine Kamera welche direkt den Whirlpool überwacht. Dies empfanden wir als unangenehm. Man konnte zum Glück noch einen Sonnenschutz Vorhang vorziehen.

Clean, good location not far from the centre
One of the rooms (bottom of the stairs) had a issue with heating and flies or small black insects. Heat was way high couldn’t control, call the landlord, unfortunately he didn’t resolve. We didn’t use the room. I was sleeping upstairs sofa bed. I got video to prove. Landlord disagrees with the situation without checking. So I was disappointed
