Der Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Ich hatte anfangs etwas Schwierigkeiten mit der Schlüsselbox. Es wurde sofort reagiert und innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Mitarbeiterin vorbeigeschickt, die mir geholfen hat – wirklich ein toller und freundlicher Service!
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich außerdem die grandiose Aussicht direkt auf die Tâmpa und den BRASOV-Schriftzug. Gerade am Abend ein wunderschöner Anblick und definitiv eines der Highlights der Unterkunft.
Das Apartment war grundsätzlich sauber und gepflegt. An der einen oder anderen Stelle hätte es noch etwas gründlicher sein können, insgesamt war aber alles in Ordnung.

We were very happy with the apartment, it looks in great shape, everything new, in a good location, very good communication with owner and great guidelines on how to access the building, apartment, parking etc. If we get another chance we will definitely reserve one of their apartments again.

Appartamento nuovo e moderno con balcone e vista montagna.
The e caffè per la colazione
Il divano letto non era stato preparato e mancava la biancheria da letto, il lettino culla extra che avevo richiesto e il seggiolone che mi erano stati confermati il giorno precedente per messaggio.
Siamo arrivati la sera tardi e non avere l'appartamento pronto come avevamo richiesto è stato sgradevole.
Tuttavia lo staff è stato disponibile a tarda sera a portarci ciò che mancava.
