An absolutely exceptional stay at Gleam Collection Hotel Nişantaşı. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine warmth was outstanding.
A very special thank you to Ali, Tugay, Nermin and Yiğit, who each went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble; every interaction was handled with professionalism, kindness and a sincere desire to make guests feel welcome and cared for.
The hotel itself is elegant, beautifully maintained and perfectly located in Nişantaşı, but it is the people who truly make a hotel exceptional — and this team certainly does. The service was thoughtful, effortless and consistently excellent from beginning to end.
One of those rare hotels where you leave already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended and very well deserved five stars.

Friendly staff especially TUGAY front disk manger extremely helpful ,professional and supportive with good smile which relive any tension an excellent model for manger also front desk employee ARDA very helpful ,house keeping lady of -1 floor morning shifts
