The room was amazing! Clean and modern. Very comfortable bed. The staff was amazing!!! I will only stay here when I come back to Istanbul.

Stayed at this hotel through the Turkish Airways free-night stay program. Hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. The spa and pool were beautiful although we did not have time to visit. However, the rooms lacked the amenities ordinarily found in a 4* hotel (and this hotel labels itself as 5*.) In addition, the location requires a metro and lots of walking to get to tourist sites in Istanbul.

Everything was cool nice perfect clean all the stuff was friendly. They have a professional team and specially Gulsom . And in the morning they send us some fruit and a welcome card. everything was good. I recommended this hotel for every body because it’s in market area .

This hotel is truly wonderful — the rooms, the staff, and the location are all top-notch. I’d especially like to thank the staff (like Metin), who always went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. Highly recommended! I actually tried to extend my stay, but they were fully booked — which is no surprise at all given how great it is.
