The location is a typical Georgien rural village house. One room with 4 sleepung places and a combined kittchen- living area and a bathroom. Outside is a huge veranda and a small garden with some fruit trees.
For us it was difficult to find the address. Because there is no sign on the main street. the house stands in a little sideway behind other buildings .

free laundary, famely feeling, you can negotiate about prices - got one night for free. they try to fullfill you every wish. good well equipped kitchen and outstandind friendly, simple and respectful people. privacy!!!!! nobody asks strange questions. fridge.
- prices could be a lot lower
- water problem in the night could be fixed with own water tank
- no central heating only electric radiators and gas
- too little sockets for electricity and on wrong places
- no shower without washing whole toilet at the same time - think you know what i mean.

my rating has not to be seen as an absolute rating but as relative one. i can immagin even better. but compared to other guesthouse in different countries all over europe, serbia and so on i think its exceptional. like i said its the place i have felt safest up to now for my whole life. i has been my best chrismas up to now i guess. despite i travelled alone. stuff is super friendly and stays cool even if you get angry. Gia is simple guy, speaks zero english but you feel he shows you respect even if you are a simple bagpacker. oll the communication with Gia went over a 3. peraon who apoke perfectly italian everything worked fine.i felt like coming home. there are lots of dogs keeping you safe around, good neighbourhood. house has retro style and some flair. now if they tell me they would clean up everyday, what i honestly dont expect and want in a guesthouse, i understande the raising price. i would prefer lower price. furthermore i could stay a night for free and that was really a noble moove. in my case the fullfilled me wishes noone else could until now: security police rent the room nearby - ideal for my safety feeling, chrismas party with other guests very friendly guys, a cat came in the night and we developed a good relationship i gave it the food of the previous guests. maybe i was only lucky but for me the house is magic and i had a really magic chrismas. sorry i thought they would not come back.visit the tourist office: i have never seen something like that. really friendly, warm woman. what else should i say:
