Location was amazing, house was light, airy and super relaxing. All the amenities needed for a relaxing stay were provided. Loved the backyard with the fire pit.
There were a few fixtures that could use repairing - toilet roll holders, sliding screen doors for the upstairs balconies.

Great location and pet friendly. Perfect backyard for our furry children.
Need some sensor lights near the driveway. Very dark until you approach the front door.

With two teenage boys its location to boomer surf beach really worked ….. I will say having two English boys ( although by uk standards good swimmers ) was at times a little scary …. Def not beach all Also because it’s obviously someone’s weekend retreat we had access to all usual house stuff … olive oil etc ( things you’d never buy for a few days visit from london )
No sea view but I guess that’s reflected in price … did usual uk thing of looking at how much this and that house costs …. Sea view equals 4 times price so guess does same to rentals … (but really close to beach … truly 5min walk ) This is a design thing but the cold white spot lights in the upstairs family room instead of warm white ones really have a coles supermarket feel and not enough light without them on … this is really very picky though as house has a great family feel
