The breakfast was excellent. Facilities were also excellent… the gate staff were so helpful and kind. The receptionist on night shift was warmer and very helpful.
The limited options for people who arrive early. Check in times should be revisited. The receptionist I met upon check in and the female manager were not helpful at all. The staff at breakfast were also not professional as they kept making faces and snide comments at guests who were eating… and they were not discreet at all.

The breakfast was the highlight of my stay. It was varied and super delicious and very good portion size especially if you are a food person😊
The TV server broke down for 24hrs but they got it fixed on my last day there.
