The property has a good location, very nice staff and many facilities all in one place. What I liked the most was the gift shop. It was so convenient!

I believe that at this price point, there should be ropes in the room and pay more attention to their upkeep of the property.

This hotel was great from the moment I arrived. The room was big, clean, and organized with constant internet, and the bathroom was excellent too. The cleaners came every morning to clean the room and change my sheets, and the kitchen staff was always on time, preparing whatever I wanted from the menu. They also have a buffet in the evenings, so food is never a problem. The laundry department washed, ironed, and neatly packaged my clothes whenever I needed them to, always five-star service. This hotel has everything inside, a store for basic needs, a salon where my wife did her hair, and a barber shop, Everything was within reach and honestly beyond my expectations.
The only thing I would suggest is expanding their food menu. I stayed for almost three weeks, and at some point I had gone through everything they offered. That said, I really do appreciate what they have though

The hotel is really nice. 2 swimming pools, and lots of evening entertainment including karaoke, jazz night and happy hour.
The service was extremely slow, although staff were very polite and friendly, customer service needs a lot of work. I waited three hours for a meal and an hour and a half for an iron.
