Lo staff, soprattutto Claudia. Efficiente, attiva, sempre sorridente e cordiale, è il vero punto di forza della struttura . E così anche le sue colleghe, ognuna nel suo ruolo. Veramente bravissime. E la qualità della prima colazione: ricchissima e gustosa.
L’eccessiva essenzialità delle stanze (almeno per quanto riguardava la mia). Ci sono dettagli che possono sembrare poco importanti ma che invece contano per la qualità del soggiorno: la mancanza del tappetino da bagno e di un bicchiere sul lavandino dove mettere lo spazzolino da denti, il telecomando del condizionatore d’aria funzionante a singhiozzo, l’assenza di un bollitore per potersi preparare una tisana serale. Ci vuole poco per rendere una stanza veramente funzionale e questo deve essere il prossimo passo
