location, food and the amazing view <3
At dinner time there were a couple of extras added (desert, drinks..) that we thought that were part of the overall menu price so always ask previously.

A paradise like location in a quite countryside. Great start for amazing hikes. Moreover there is great food and eco-friendly owners.

The views...just wow. The staff is very friendly, and the food is also quite good. My room was quite large, and the wifi worked well. No complaints here.
These are not complaints, but people booking should know that there are a number of steps up to the property, so this would not be a good choice for someone with mobility issues. Also, while everything is comfortable, this is not a deluxe experience. The views are deluxe, and the food is high quality, though, for sure.

Interesting location high up in the Paul Valley. Reached along a narrow path from the little plaza by the old water pump.
Lovely views.
Good location for walks.
Nice breakfast.
Filtered water available, so no need to keep buying plastic bottles.
Clean, simple room.
Sadly Belem seemed very grumpy while we were there. Clearly, from other reviews, this is not usually the case. We felt we tried to be friendly but it didn't work.
We got very fed up with other guests constantly smoking on the terrace right outside our door.
Evening meal expensive. (Definitely try the lovely, friendly restaurant straight across the road, run by a local family)
