Nice location (5 minutes walk from mall of istanbul) and good brakfast. Big rooms!!
We had some issues with the personelle, but we hope it was just a bad day. First time there was absolutly perfect. Second time, we had some problems. I let the manager know about it and i hope next time it will be better.

V.good location and room view. They offered me 3 days of free breakfast.
There is a delay when you ask for an Arabic or English speaker at the reception,especially at night.

Breakfast fresh and good
Location, stuffs, really bad service. The room door lock was broken, every-time to open room need to go to reception and tell to someone to open it for me. Reception lied to me updating your room to deluxe, but wasn’t deluxe, exactly same as everywhere normal standard room. Why she had to lie didn’t understood
