Situated in South Patrick Shores, this attractive condo for $136 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Enjoy the sound and view of the ocean from any rooms. Watch rocket launch from our own beach and patio. The beach front condo is located near Patrick Space Port, Port Canaveral cruise ship terminals, Cocoa Beach, Disney World, & Space Center. The condo can accommodate maximum 4 persons with kitchen fully equipped for home cooking, fast 200 Mbs WIFI, and cable TV, refrigerator with ice maker, and granite counter-tops. Relax and enjoy the ocean while you are teleworking from our condo. The condo boasts beautiful ocean views from every window and the sliding door and from the master bedroom, living room, as well as through the covered patio. The kitchen has all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking. The bathroom a bathtub and shower. The living room sofa folds out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The living room has large sliding doors that opens to a generously sized patio that overlooks the beach. The condo is right by the Pineda Causeway and south of Patrick Space Force. It is about 15 minutes away from Cocoa Beach Pier. 30 minutes away from cruise ship terminals Port Canaveral and less than 1.5 hours from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studio and Orlando International Airport. There are good restaurants in walking distance and shopping from across the street. Other things to note This is the most economical way to stay in the ocean front place to enjoy the beautiful sandy beach with less crowded traffic and watch the space launches from anywhere.

Great little spot near the beach. You probably wont find a better place for the price. Very clean inside. Nicely updated unit in an older building. Direct beach access blocked as described but plenty of other accesses within easy walk. Lots of shops and food choices nearby. The beach items were nuch appreciated and there are plenty of beach toys for the kids.

The condo was clean and well furnished. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi that the owner quickly responded to and had fixed. There was some noise from the construction on the first day, but it was much less after that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was a convenient location for us.

Clean, inviting and well decorated. Wonderful view. Still construction going on and wasn’t an issue from outside. Was some renovation (tile removal) in the unit above and made it impossible to be I. The unit during parts of day but we had day plans out anyway. Would definitely rent again and recommend!!!! Great location too!!

Very clean , plenty of room, beautiful ocean view (once construction is complete beach access would be terrific). The kitchen has very new appliances . Great shower

We were aware of construction going on but were not told that there was no access to the beach in front of the condo. The view from the room was not exactly what was shown on line...

The unit we stayed in was very clean, modern appliances, well stocked with the basics, excellent views and sounds of the surf. Close to all activities. The property was undergoing some construction, but we were well informed about what to expect. We had a pleasant stay, and this property met all our expectations for a quick getaway.

This place is so clean! My OCD sister didn't have any issues with the cleanliness. It was easy to find, easy to get to. The ocean view is fantastic! Beach access is close.... Walkable if desired, drivable if not. There is construction while the property is being remodeled. During off hours we could see part of a digger off to the side. During weekdays, we heard it but it was off in the distance. One day it was close and I heard it because I had to work that day, but noise cancelling headphones fixed that. Did I say the view was fantastic? We really enjoyed it.

Great place to stay. If it wasn't for the construction going on it would've been awesome but they had their equipment parked so that it blocked our view to the left most of the time (not the owners fault), fairly clean. Nice places to eat really close. No direct beach access at this time due to construction, so had to walk 2 blocks down or drive down. I think it'll be awesome once all the construction is finished.
